🧹 Refactor TouchControlModels to use Gson

🎯 What: Replaced manual and deeply nested org.json parsing in TouchControlModels.kt with Gson.
💡 Why: Reduces code complexity, prevents manual nested parsing and builds a maintainable data model for layouts.
✅ Verification: Verified by compiling the app successfully and running tests and lint steps. Added @Keep annotation to prevent minification issues.
✨ Result: A more readable, robust, and concise TouchControlModels.kt file.
