🎯 What: The deep nesting issue in applyControlAppearance inside TouchControlOverlay.kt was addressed by extracting the per-view logic into two clear helper methods: applyEditModeAppearance and applyPlayModeAppearance.
💡 Why: This reduces branching complexity and improves maintainability and readability by giving distinct styling behavior separate logic functions.
Verification: Verified via ./gradlew app:test and ./gradlew app:lint passing successfully without any regressions. The logic extracted was identical to what was present in the nested loop previously.
Result: A more readable applyControlAppearance looping structure and overall improved maintainability of TouchControlOverlay.kt.

…educe nesting

Extracted the inner loop logic of `applyControlAppearance` in `TouchControlOverlay.kt` into `applyEditModeAppearance` and `applyPlayModeAppearance` functions. This improves readability and maintainability without altering any of the functionality or side effects.
