Sidenote: I plan on providing Circle CI v2 information later on, but right now this provides examples of v1. I plan on migrating some repos in the upcoming weeks so will update at a later time. |

In continuation to #44 - This PR introduces documentation for setting up Auto Deploys of CocoaPod specs on Releases.
Would really love some feedback from anyone interesting in @RxSwiftCommunity/contributors, and even more specifically @ashfurrow and possibly @orta who knows this topic (and CocoaPods) better than most.
Also, @bobgodwinx - I remember you wanted to set this up for RxCoreLocation, so I'd love it if you could try the guide and give me some feedback.
