This documentation pack contains the locked game design, v0.1 release scope, technical architecture, full sprint roadmap, detailed Sprint 1–6 plans, and task backlog for the Mamalik grand strategy web game project.

Important correction in v2

The first documentation pack was incomplete because it detailed Sprint 1 but did not fully break down the rest of the v0.1 sprints. This v2 package fixes that by adding detailed Sprint 2–6 files, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and a consolidated backlog.

Project summary

Mamalik is an original browser-based, tick-based grand strategy MMO on a real-world map. Players found a virtual kingdom on valid real-world land, start with 50,000 m² of usable land credit, build districts, grow an economy, train armies, form alliances, scout, fight, and compete on persistent leaderboards.
