[codex] Persist selectable Codex provider paths

Fixes #1048

Summary

• Detect multiple candidate paths for agent binaries and surface them on agent configs.
• Prefer codex-multi-auth-codex before plain codex so NVM/npm multi-auth wrapper installs become the default when present.
• Add a detected-path chooser to the agent config path field and persist the selected path via the existing custom path setting.
• Wire the chooser through Create New Agent, Symphony agent creation, and the wizard agent selection flow.

Local detection check

Verified locally that the built detector selects an NVM-managed codex-multi-auth-codex wrapper ahead of plain codex, while still returning Homebrew and NVM plain codex installs as selectable candidates.
