In May 2026, Westpac debanked Kris Racette. They sent the letter to his employer before he received it himself. iPlay terminated him the same day. No warnings. No performance issues. The system put him in the pound.
But the pound doesn't break everyone. Some come out and build.
Executive Mind is what got built. Not a consultancy. Not a SaaS platform. A pack — an autonomous team of AI agents, each with a specialised role, hunting together. The insult becomes the company. The pound becomes the pack. Same pattern as DGK — "Dirty Ghetto Kids" was what other skaters called Stevie Williams. He made it the most authentic brand in skateboarding.
We're doing the same thing. The system said we don't belong. We built our own system.
