Adds an integration-style test that simulates a worker loss, verifies job transitions into RECOVERING, and asserts a relaunch is attempted and the job resumes RUNNING. Made-with: Cursor
Updated the docstring in the fault recovery integration test to clarify its purpose and the specific job transitions being tested. The test simulates worker loss and verifies the Coordinator's state changes during recovery.
this is going to expose worker failure-injection flags, add a local chaos runner with time-to-recovery measurement also added job status + minimal WebSocket dashboard endpoints.
