This one shouldn't have been this size but it was meant to just mess around with before multilanguage properly came out and it became a bigger thing
Regenerate the TypeScript Aspire client and related artifacts (updated .modules/.codegen-hash, added tsconfig.apphost.json, and large changes in .modules/aspire.ts). Downgrade sample Aspire SDK/package references to 13.2.1 and adjust the Project Sdk version in samples/CSharp. Update nuget.config packageSourceMapping to include Aspire* on nuget.org, add *.lscache to .gitignore, and apply minor updates to Ridder.Hosting.Dokploy sources.
