Adds a bundled Rosé Pine Moon theme.
All 28 theme slots are set explicitly from the official Rosé Pine Moon palette, so nothing falls back to the default colors. Key/value format and key ordering follow
config/themes/default.toml.Usage after merge:
Verified it loads via the embed loader (
getTheme+parseTheme) and the project builds cleanly.
