Release

Bump the OfficeCLI workspace version from 0.1.16 to 0.1.17.

Included fixes

• Restore cargo fmt -- --check on main.
• Safely render and truncate multibyte XLSX cell text.
• Generate self-contained PDF HTML outside watch mode while retaining lazy loading for the watch server.

Validation

• cargo fmt -- --check
• cargo clippy --all-targets --offline -- -D warnings
• cargo test --workspace --offline (including 54 CLI smoke tests)
• cargo run -p officecli --offline -- --version → officecli 0.1.17

After merge, pushing tag v0.1.17 will trigger the cross-platform release workflow.
