Fix exception when points array is null in UILineRenderer and add custom Inspector & Scene editing

• Fixes a potential null reference exception in UILineRenderer when the points array is null.
• Adds a custom Inspector (UILineRendererEditor) to easily add/remove points in the Editor.
• Supports visual editing of line points in the Scene view via draggable handles.
