Experience capture (EXPERIENCE.md) now defaults on — it only writes a notes file in the session and is what makes the next run smarter. Reuse stays user-triggered in the intake conversation. LLM mining (distill_abstract) remains opt-in (extra calls). Adds a Self-Evolution guide (docs + nav, en/zh) explaining capture vs reuse.
