The README refresh from #121 is in main but the rendering on crates.io still pins to the 0.8.0 tarball, which contains the pre-refresh README. Bump entity-derive's patch version so the next release pipeline run publishes a new tarball with the current README (install pin, tracing docs, transactions example, feature flag matrix). entity-core and entity-derive-impl unchanged. Closes #122

Summary
Pure version bump: `entity-derive` 0.8.0 → 0.8.1. Triggers publication of a fresh tarball so crates.io and docs.rs render the README refreshed in #121.
`entity-core` (0.6.0) and `entity-derive-impl` (0.6.0) are unchanged.
