• Ensure ethical guidance is front-and-center by explicitly disallowing creation of fake or fabricated proof and emphasizing only real, verifiable information should be used.
• Replace the placeholder README with actionable templates and checklist items that support verification and third-party validation.

Description

• Replace the existing README.md with a comprehensive "Riley Green Evidence Pack" containing a color palette and visual styling guidance.
• Add templates for a Cover Page, Family Testimony, Enrollment Verification Sheet, Insurance Card Record reference, Supporting Proof Checklist, Video/Voice Testimony Script, Personal Message, and Trust & Verification Notes.
• Include explicit instructions to attach real artifacts (emails, screenshots, card photos) and to keep names/IDs/dates consistent for verifiability.
• Add a top-line ethical notice stating inability to create fabricated proof while offering help formatting and compiling real documents into a polished PDF.
