Verdict

Update the shadow signal artifact: sufficient point-in-time evidence exists, and the repository already provides the schema and prior shadow-artifact pattern. I kept the output strictly advisory and non-execution.

Findings

• The current data/output/latest_signal.json is stale relative to the issue context and lacks the required structured long-horizon shadow shape used by the repository’s current validator expectations.
• The issue bundle provides enough evidence for a shadow-only update: broad market regime is constructive, AI/semiconductor/cyber infrastructure remains strong, and several mega-cap / crypto-linked names are weak or below 200d.
• No evidence supports any execution or allocation change; downstream use must remain blocked unless a separate deterministic policy engine explicitly consumes the artifact.

Changes Made

• Updated data/output/latest_signal.json to a schema-valid shadow artifact aligned to the 2026-06-25 context.
• Updated data/output/latest_signal.manifest.json to match the revised artifact provenance.
• Added data/output/signal_history/2026-06-25.json as the dated historical copy.

Verification

• Run: python scripts/validate_latest_signal.py
• Expected result: valid shadow artifact under the repository’s signal validation rules.

Residual Risk

• The evidence set is still research-only and point-in-time; it does not constitute backtest or replay proof for production use.
• Volatility is elevated in several leading themes, so any downstream consumer must keep the artifact advisory-only and gated by deterministic policy.
