fix(ui): strategyTouched flag for explicit strategy selection detection - #124

When user explicitly selects a strategy, set strategyTouched=true so pendingChangeState can detect the change even when currentProfile is empty (new accounts). Previously strategy selection on new accounts was invisible to change detection. Also fix form → state.forms[platform] reference error. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fix: strategy selection on new accounts now correctly enables the dispatch button.
