fix(worker): add Schwab/LongBridge to DCA supported platforms - #119

Frontend already showed DCA on Schwab/LongBridge, but worker.js rejected them, causing configs to fail reading. Also update i18n. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
