- fractional_share_execution is now a 'soft' capability — DCA profiles remain eligible even when the platform lacks native fractional support - Add notional_buy_compat_mode_enabled() to signal compat mode - Execution layer converts notional → whole-share/lot automatically - Platform capability matrix stays accurate (no false advertising) Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
