fix: produce HK lifecycle preflight artifacts

Summary

• build HK backtest baselines and return matrices for every configured lifecycle profile from real yfinance market history
• retain normalized market input plus provenance/hash as a separate audit artifact
• pin the reusable drift workflow and snapshot repository to exact SHAs, with public-repository token fallback
• fail closed for stale/incomplete inputs and unregistered future runner types

Validation

• PYTHONPATH=src python3 -m pytest -q tests (139 passed)
• Python compile + git diff --check
• real yfinance run: 1,454 overlapping trading days, 2 profiles, 2 baselines, 2 return matrices
• generated bundle passed AIAuditBridge lifecycle archive validation and local QPK monitor/drift integration (2 snapshots, 2 drift results)
