test: add Kaplinghat dark profile workspace check

Summary

Adds workspace-test coverage for the Kaplinghat SIDM cored-NFW dark-matter profile introduced by the upstream library PRs.

The dark mass-profile self-consistency script now includes KaplinghatCoredNFWSph in the targeted enclosed-mass cross-check, using a nonzero interaction radius to exercise the cored profile path without making the full-grid potential finite-difference sweep prohibitively slow.
