theFox_plugin is a privacy-first job search helper built for people who want to prioritize inclusive and LGBTQ+ friendly employers without handing over a bunch of personal data to do it.

It runs in Claude Cowork and is designed with a simple principle: keep sensitive context local, share only what’s necessary.

• Helps tailor job searches to a targeted role (you choose what you’re searching for)
• Uses premade queries to help surface roles and employers aligned with inclusive values
• Reduces the time spent manually vetting listings by providing a more focused search workflow

• Local-first storage: the plugin stores its files locally.
• Minimal data sharing: it does not send personal information.
• What it may send externally: only the targeted job role and some premade queries (to perform the search / retrieval workflow).

Note: “Inclusive” signals can be messy and context-dependent. This tool is meant to assist discovery and triage—not to replace your own verification.

Job searching can already be exhausting. For LGBTQ+ folks, it can also carry extra risk: wasted time, emotional labor, and the need to constantly assess whether a company is safe and affirming.

theFox_plugin is my attempt to make that process faster, calmer and more private-by-default.
