I also did a quick CI test, and it looks like doing a depth 1 clone is sufficient enough to let spotless do it's job. see https://github.com/Prospect-Robotics/lib2813/actions/runs/21199153309 for the log of running the CI when it doesn't have the commit that was branched off of. We could change it to fetch all of main, but that probably isn't necessary if it just works with a depth one fetch |

origin/main, so spotless can actually have something to compare againstIn addition to enabling ratcheting, I updated all of the license years to be accurate.
