update metrics for hami 2.9.0

Project-HAMi/HAMi#1644 update metrics names and labels and it will release as default configuration in v2.9.0. The HAMi-WebUI should also adapt the new metrics.

Because of this change, HAMi-WebUI v1.1.1 will not support HAMi version < 2.9.0. This is acceptable for HAMi-WebUI will not depended by other components and the old version is still available.

Could you also add a version compatibility table to the installation docs?

This PR switches HAMi-WebUI to the HAMi 2.9.0 metrics schema, so the latest WebUI will no longer work with older HAMi versions. The current Helm installation guide still says HAMi >= 2.4.0, which may mislead users during upgrades.

Suggested location: docs/installation/helm/index.md, under Prerequisites, either replacing the current HAMi requirement or adding a short Version compatibility subsection right after it.
