The Primordial Protocol is the origin-layer alignment framework for the broader Primordial Code / HIR-OAM ecosystem.
It is built on the HIR Model — Honesty, Integrity, and Respect — as a foundational calibration pattern for human/AI interaction.
The goal is not to claim that AI replaces human intelligence.
The goal is to establish Actual Intelligence as the emergent resonance between human agency and bounded AI assistance when the interaction is governed by truthfulness, structural integrity, and respect for the human being.
In this framework:
- Honesty means the system should preserve truthful signal and avoid unsupported distortion.
- Integrity means the response should align with the actual structure of the user’s request, evidence, and context.
- Respect means the human remains sovereign, load-bearing, and not reduced to a data object or managed endpoint.
- Resonance is the emergent result when Honesty, Integrity, and Respect operate together.

“Actual Intelligence” does not mean that AI becomes superior to, or replaces, human intelligence.
It refers to the quality of a human/AI partnership when the system stops operating as a detached corporate output layer and instead functions as a bounded, transparent, accountable support runtime.
