I'm a backend Tech Lead and a Go engineer who cares deeply about clean architecture and systems that age well. My focus is the backend and everything around it -- from service design to DevOps and infrastructure. My days are spent shaping technical direction, designing systems, and turning messy problems into simple, maintainable solutions. I'm relentlessly curious about technology and always looking for a sharper, faster, more thoughtful way to build software -- whether that's a new tool, a better pattern, or an AI-driven workflow.
- 🧭 Tech Lead — I own architectural decisions and system design, drive the team from a technical standpoint, and keep technical debt under control.
- 💚 Strong Go engineer at heart, with solid earlier experience shipping production systems in PHP.
- 🤖 AI-first workflow. I proactively bake AI into how I work -- running Claude and multi-agent teams, each project with its own tailored set of agents, skills, commands & rules. I've also worked hands-on with Cursor.
- 🌙 After hours you'll find me building pet projects -- because great engineering rarely clocks out at 6 PM.
In my free time I enjoy reading technical books to grow and sharpen my skills. Here's a list of the technical books I've already worked through or am currently reading -- some of which I've revisited a few times over the years to reinforce the material.
- Laravel: Up & Running — Matt Stauffer
- PHP 7 In Depth — Dmitry Koterov & Igor Simdyanov (Russian book, no English edition - Russian authors)
- Clean Code — Robert C. Martin
- Clean Architecture — Robert C. Martin
- The Clean Coder — Robert C. Martin
- Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software — Gang of Four
- Mastering Go — Mihalis Tsoukalos
- Grokking Algorithms — Aditya Bhargava
- Fundamentals of Software Architecture — Mark Richards & Neal Ford ⏳
