Update material presets and expand printer compatibility

Summary

This PR updates 82 material preset files across 54 materials. It improves preset compatibility with the latest slicer parameters, corrects temperature and cooling settings, and adds several new printer-material combinations.

Fixed

• Fixed outdated or incomplete temperature and cooling settings in selected Fiberon, Panchroma, PolyLite, PolyMax, PolyTerra, and Polymaker profiles.
• Corrected build plate temperatures for Cool Plate, Engineering Plate, Hot Plate, Textured Plate, and Supertack Plate where applicable.
• Fixed fan behavior, including auxiliary cooling, overhang cooling, first-layer fan control, and minimum slowdown speed.
• Corrected the vitrification temperature for the PolyMax PC profile.
• Updated the Polymaker ASA profile for Bambu Lab X2D, including chamber temperature, plate temperature, flow ratio, cooling behavior, and maximum volumetric speed.
• Standardized filament start and end G-code formatting across updated profiles.

Added

Added the following new material profiles:

• PolyMax PC for Elegoo CC2
• PolyMax PETG for Bambu Lab A2L
• Polymaker ASA for Creality K2 Pro
• Polymaker HT-PLA-GF for Bambu Lab A2L
• Polymaker PLA for Bambu Lab A2L

The updated profiles also include additional slicer parameters where supported:

• Air filtration control
• Chamber temperature
• Exhaust fan speed during printing
• Exhaust fan speed after printing
• Support material identification
• Required nozzle hardness
• Filament shrinkage
• Scarf seam settings
• Supertack Plate temperatures

Changed

• Updated 77 existing profiles for:
  • Elegoo CC2
  • Snapmaker U1
  • Anycubic Kobra S1
  • Bambu Lab A2L, H2D, and X2D
• Adjusted plate temperatures, cooling fan speeds, slowdown behavior, material cost, flow ratio, and maximum volumetric speed where needed.
• Updated several profiles to use the latest slicer-compatible parameter structure.
• Removed the obsolete bed_type field from updated profiles.
• Improved consistency between profiles for different printers and slicers.
