This PR implements a full procedural drum synthesis engine based on the provided DSP research for TR-808 and TR-909 instruments. It replaces basic white noise with 15-bit LFSR noise, introduces complex non-linear envelopes for kicks and snares, and ensures robust resource management for high-performance usage in Telegram Mini Apps. Additionally, it adds a techno-optimized randomization feature to the UI.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5998478483769103157 started by @Pitrat-wav

- Implemented 15-bit LFSR noise generator in `DrumUtils` for authentic TR-909 textures.
- Refactored TR-808 Kick with two-stage frequency and amplitude envelopes to emulate diode damping and the classic 'tonk'.
- Re-implemented TR-909 Kick using triangle core with saturation and dual click layers (HPF noise + square pulse).
- Refactored TR-808 Snare with dual sine oscillators (238Hz/476Hz) and Butterworth-filtered noise.
- Improved resource management and polyphony across all drum models using `activeVoices` tracking and explicit cleanup.
- Added safety guards for exponential ramps and early exits for zero velocity triggers.
- Implemented bulk parameter synchronization between the application store and the audio engine.
- Added a 'Techno Randomize' feature with haptic feedback to the Drums UI.
