Summary
Add Pluribus to Context & Working-State Engineering as a cross-tool context manifest and CLI for rendering native agent instruction files, auditing drift, and emitting privacy-safe evidence receipts.
The required metadata sync also refreshes catalog snapshots and removes AGENT.md, which now exceeds the 12-month activity limit in the curation policy. Both README mirrors and the verification report are generated from the updated catalog.
Why it fits
Pluribus is implementation-first: the repository ships a dependency-free CLI, tests/fixtures, and a browser demo covering projection into AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, Cursor rules, and Copilot instructions plus effective-load/task-outcome evidence.
