docs: remove references to the private origin project#3

The platform is going open-source. beacon's source is already free of origin-project identifiers (rebrand obligation); the build brief still named the origin project and its path. Genericise those references. Signed-off-by: Khalefa <Khalefa@alahmad.org>

The platform is going open-source. beacon's source is already origin-clean (verified by scan);
BUILD.mdstill named the private origin project + its filesystem path. Genericised. Mirrors the same scrub in PharosVPN/docs#9.
