Fix\n\nThe 0.12.49 version bump in #63 retained the 0.12.44 artifact checksum, so the bridge image correctly refused to build.\n\n- Pin workflow, Dockerfile, and compose checksum to d73f1060e987edf403d80d2758890ba161885e42439ad5a6a35caee9834b5dac.\n- Verify the production 0.12.49 artifact matches that checksum before committing.\n\nThis preserves the immutable-artifact safety gate while allowing the 0.12.49 bridge image to publish.
