Rewrite the README so it leads with what is architecturally different about LoopPool (tool-less orchestrator, decisions centralized in it, forensic validation, per-task model selection, agent output as untrusted data), instead of a feature grid. Both English (README.md) and Chinese (README.zh-CN.md) are rewritten; wording is kept technical but plainer. Docs-only change.
