Instructions:

Create a folder, download both the JS and JSON file and move them to the folder. Name the folder whatever you want, it it doesn't matter.
Go to chrome://extensions
Toggle developer mode in the upper right corner
Click load unpacked, upload the entire folder
Enable the extension in your browser extensions tab
It will work automatically.
