Fix CJK satellite parsing and add repo notes

What changed

• Changed vshMenu/lang.c so satellite text lines end only on CR or LF.
• This avoids cutting packed CJK strings on low byte .pf glyph indexes.
• Added ignore rules for generated build outputs.
• Added short notes for module entry points, build targets, Docker builds, and hardware test paths.

Testing

• Built make vshmenu in pspdev/pspdev:latest.
• Ran git diff --check.
• Checked README/docs for long lines and second-level heading casing.
