• 扩展 Ent schema、仓储层、服务层和 Wire 注入，新增积分调整、积分兑换、积分计费、积分流水查询和分组倍率排期能力
• 完善商城逻辑，支持余额/积分/混合支付方式、抽奖奖励积分、订单和商品字段扩展，以及奖励展示工具
• 增强管理端用户、兑换码、收益和分组页面，新增用户积分调整弹窗、分组倍率排期弹窗和相关接口
• 调整用户端商城、兑换、用量、密钥和订单页面，展示积分、奖励和新的支付/使用信息
• 完善登录/注册 OAuth 协议确认提示及中英文文案，优化多处前端类型和图标引用
• 补充和更新服务层、handler、middleware、商城和兑换相关测试
• 验证：pnpm --dir frontend run build
• 验证：go build -C backend -tags embed 生成 linux/amd64 测试二进制
• 验证：go test ./cmd/server ./internal/service ./internal/handler/admin ./internal/server/middleware
• 验证：已上传到服务器 B 的 3030 测试服务并重启 pixel-test-3030.service，公网 /health 返回 200 OK
