P4ND4907 Default Community Health Files

This repository provides default safety, contribution, issue, pull request, and tester-feedback templates for P4ND4907 projects.

GitHub uses these files as fallbacks for repositories owned by this account that do not define their own versions. Project-specific templates can still override these defaults when a repo needs tighter rules.

Tester Feedback

Use the issue templates to report:

• bugs and crashes
• tester notes from real use
• product suggestions
• safety or risk concerns

Safety Baseline
