Adding basic support for data_diffs
A few notes:
The dtypes for the responses are somewhat different. Let's look through the diff to see how that visually impacts things.
The llama_base is commented out, but not fully the same as the other ones, particularly for post processing and saving. It takes a while to run, so I am waiting to hear what you think of the data diffs before re-running it to add to the repo + update the code.
