This PR adds support for preloading of generic relations. This is mainly needed for preloading poll configs in the projector service.
Therefore those kind of relations come with the limitation that chaining is not supported. Also lists are not supported.
With those changes generic list relations should also be easy to add. However - I do not see any use case for that right now.
