🚩 Breaking API change: EmbeddingData.embedding field type changed from Vec to EmbeddingValues

This is a breaking change for downstream consumers of the SDK. Any code that previously accessed embedding_data.embedding as a Vec<f64> (e.g., iterating over floats, indexing, calling .len()) will now need to match on the EmbeddingValues enum. The integration tests at rust/tests/ai_integration.rs:429-431 demonstrate the new pattern. Since this is a public SDK, this warrants a semver-breaking version bump if not already planned.
