Streaming decompression + fast button

This release adds streaming decompression and faster advertising after a button press.
A manual config update over BLE with the Toolbox is required to be able to use streaming decompression.

Fixes BLE characteristic that caused intermittent problems with the Home Assistant integration. If you are experiencing connection problems there, an update is recommended
