This PR adds a minimal example and documentation demonstrating how multiple
coordinate sets (3dSets) can be represented in ChemicalJSON.
It documents the current approach (array-of-arrays) and clarifies existing
limitations discussed in issue #5, including default set selection and
associated properties.
This helps make existing behavior explicit and provides a concrete reference
for implementors.
