docs: refresh Hermes guide for v0.14

Summary

Fresh May 25 pass updates the guide from the prior v0.13/Tenacity framing to Hermes v0.14.0 Foundation as the current baseline. It adds coverage for PyPI/lazy installs, SuperGrok OAuth + Grok 4.3 1M context, hermes proxy, x_search, /handoff, Teams end-to-end, LINE/SimpleX, native Windows beta, persistent CDP/browser improvements, and current SOTA coding-agent/model routing. It also refreshes templates, benchmarks, localized READMEs, outreach copy, reference architectures, and skills while removing stale v0.13-as-current, 20-platform, GPT-4.1/Gemini 2.5/Cerebras-Llama-era guidance.
