Remote Control GUI for WinLIRC
Load an image of a remote control, draw some buttons on it, assign commands to buttons, save a .remote config file.
Open .remote config files with LIRCRemoteGUI, ensure WinLIRC is running, click buttons on the remote image to send remote signals.
Use images of existing remotes or make new images to mix and match remote functions.
I've been useing it with an https://www.iguanaworks.net/ USB IR dongle.
