Add tests for course enrollment functionality. Task: WI-000797
Create with 10 test cases covering: - Course creation with modules and lessons - Employee enrollment - Lesson completion marking - Progress percentage calculation - Certificate generation - Capacity limits - Duplicate prevention - Status workflow - Bulk enrollment - Validation rules Tests use only doctypes present in one_lms (LMS Course Enrolment Request, LMS Enrollment Tool) and mock LMS Course functionality. Resolves WI-000797
