feat(map): expand country coverage to full ISO 3166-1 alpha-2

- Use bucketBaseUrl instead of httpBaseUrl for worker-route paths in extensions - Simplify URL origin construction using url.origin property - Update backend routing to use backend name instead of encoded URL/token - Remove unused encoded backend ID page parameter
