We switch the upstream to https://github.com/awesomized/libmemcached as
did e.g. Alpine Linux and Arch Linux.

This broke build on aarch64-darwin. I re-tested that reverting this PR atop staging-next would fix it. Report says that over 3k jobs get blocked by this (and we're lucky that we just ditched x86_64-darwin).

I'd rather fix the package on Darwin than revert this.
