📌 Overview
Added a new GitHub Actions workflow (.github/workflows/conflict-checker.yml) to automatically scan open pull requests for merge conflicts.
Automatically manages labels (merge conflicts and merge ready) and posts a notification comment on PRs that require conflict resolution.
