Rough developer notes:

With the removal of the hard-coded Google code reference, the demos will no longer “just work”. Download all the code including the demos to your site, replace “www.example.com” with your site at ~ line 26 of calvis.js and then the demos should work.

May 23, 2010: Major changes (the reason I forked the project) have been committed: Support for private calendars has been removed (because I don’t need it and it would be hard to implement with the following change), and support for multiple calendars has been added.
