- Move the project to Lucene 10.4.0 (poms + examples) and line up cuvs-java with the 26.04 natives
- Point our codec wrappers at Lucene104
- Update GPU vector search for Lucene’s AcceptDocs API
- use GroupVarInt
- Updated tests

@chatman This PR is targeted to main branch (which is v26.06, matches the cuvs main branch which is also 26.06), but since cuvs v 26.06 is not released, lucene has been upgraded in this PR with v26.04 (latest release). How should we move forward with this lucene upgrade? |
