MATLAB MCIA

Multiple Co-Inertia Analysis implemented in MATLAB via the Nonlinar Iterative Partial Least Squares Method (Hanafi et. al., 2011).

Contains 'NCI60_Example.m' script to replicate the popular 'Omicade4' R package (Meng et. al., 2014) on the NCI60 dataset.
