Although I don't think it works - I'm not sure but when I try to make a GET request to /mud/world, I get a 404 back.
Created by quering /world on master branch and copying response into a ttl file
(for real this time)

What?
This PR will add support for initializing the world from a template, instead of hard-coding in in MUDApplication
Why?
To allow people running mud-jena to create their own starting point for worlds.
Closes #9
